Don’t have time or the resources to fill your balloons with helium? Just do the following:

1.) Blow up the balloons with air.

2.) Optional : Tie ribbon to the bottom of each balloon and curl for an added touch.

3.) Get a piece of double stick tape or loop regular scotch tape and place it on the top of each balloon.

4.) Stick the balloon to the ceiling and you have a faux helium balloon!
